Hello everyone, we are the family F Fabio and Filippo, we welcome you in our house which is located next to Ruzafa, the most trendy neighborhood, and a few minutes away from the City of Arts and Science. Our house has everything you need and we also offer you an excellent concierge service of the best places in town, we have three adorable dogs (teckels) that will take care of you during your stay, our goal is surely to make you fall in love with the city!
The space
The apartment is very luminous and design, it has two big rooms, the guest room is perfect for 1 or two persons, and there is a ceiling fan, while the dining room has an air conditioner with a large window that leaves all our guests open-mouthed! And a kitchen equipped with everything you need if you feel like cooking, located in an authentic Valencian neighborhood. It is located in the south of Valencia just a few minutes from Ruzafa and the City of Arts and Sciences.

The apartment is at the complete disposal of the guests. They have their own room, sharing the bathroom and the living room as well as the kitchen.
